In the very first episode we see Ed and Al come here and sit down, where they hear Cornelo's preaching from the owner's radio (that Alphonse later breaks and has to fix using alchemy.) Now you can go there to get refreshing beverages on a hot summer day, or sit down in the shade just to escape the heat!
